50 tons automated RGV traction transfer cart
Automatic track transfer cart, also known as track guided cart
(RGVs), track collection cart, or track automated transport cart,
are transportation cart that can move back and forth along the
track. Mainly used for material transportation, workshop assembly,
etc., widely used in industries such as automotive assembly lines,
warehousing and logistics. It has the characteristics of fast
speed, high reliability, and low cost. According to the movement
mode, it can be divided into circular guide rail type and linear
reciprocating type, suitable for handling large workpieces.
RGV cars can be used in warehouses with various high-density
storage methods. The car passage can be designed to be of any
length, which can increase the storage capacity of the entire
warehouse. During operation, there is no need for forklifts to
enter the passage, making it safer. Widely used in operations such
as shipping companies, loaders, concrete manufacturers, foundries,
steel mills, etc.
The 50 ton RGV automatic hook tractor is applied to university
campuses, with a load capacity of 50 tons. It can move forward,
backward, turn, stop at designated points, customize the tooling
frame, and also has an automatic hook device that can automatically
connect with the tractor. RGV usually transports quickly and saves
time. At the same time, it is equipped with an automatic hook
device, which can be automatically connected to the rear cart for
traction work.
