40 ton automated navigation transfer cart
AGV automated transfer cart operate smoothly, with high accuracy,
fast speed, high flexibility, large load, and high efficiency.
Equipped with functions such as transportation, ferry, and
traction, equipped with explosion-proof electrical control box,
explosion-proof inverter, explosion-proof charging box,
explosion-proof connection switch, and other explosion-proof
devices. At the same time, equipped with a handbrake mechanism with
a load capacity of 15 tons, powered by batteries, electromagnetic
braking, and safe devices such as sound and light alarms and
emergency stop buttons.
The cart adopts a magnetic navigation system, and magnetic tape
guidance is achieved by laying magnetic tapes on the ground for
guidance. It is also relatively easy to re lay the magnetic tapes
for secondary changes. However, it is still impossible to change
the task in real time, and AGV can only walk along magnetic tapes,
which are also susceptible to magnetic interference. Magnetic tapes
laid on the ground are also prone to damage and require regular
maintenance.
