In the coating production line, because some workpieces are bulky,
small as a few tons, or even hundreds of tons, it is necessary to
transport workpieces with rail flat cars. The rail flat car is a
kind of electric rail transport vehicle in the factory, which
solves the product transportation between the spans in the factory.
Also known as rail flat car, over-span flat car, trolley, electric
flat car. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient
use, easy maintenance, large bearing capacity and less pollution.
Therefore, the rail flat car is an ideal tool car in the painting
line.
Ordinary coating production lines include a series of processes
such as sand blasting room, grinding room, paint spraying room,
paint baking room, drying room, etc. In the paint spraying room,
due to the volatility of paint and thinner, the explosion-proof
performance of motors and electrical appliances is required.
Briefly speaking, the technical parameters in the explosion-proof
environment, the explosion-proof standard of the rail car should be
between "Ecd Ⅱ AT4" or "Exi Ⅱ AT5", and the protection grade of the
shell is recommended to be IP55, Therefore, it should be used with
caution during operation.

The ferry car, also known as the transfer trolley and the ferry
rail car, is a necessary tool for the transfer and corner
transportation of various heavy workpieces. Its special feature is
that two rail flat cars can be used together. The car has the
characteristics of strong drag and push. The cart runs on the
ground or in the trench, and the track is installed on the cart
table. The whole vehicle's running route is arranged in front and
back. The cart can stop, locate and connect accurately after the
transverse fast movement. The cart can run slowly with frequency
conversion when it is loaded, and fast with frequency conversion
when it is empty. The trolley runs longitudinally on the track of
the crane table. At the same time, the trolley is equipped with a
hydraulic lifting device, which can realize the wireless remote
control operation of the trolley, tilt the side of the trolley
table, facilitate the unloading of various workpieces, save
manpower and material resources, and improve production efficiency
and safety performance. The docking accuracy is required to be ±
1mm.
