Remarkable Intelligent rail transfer trolley namely "rail guided
vehicle", also known as automatic rail transfer cart,It is a high
intelligent rail transport cart. The Intelligent rail transfer
trolley in contact with the ground guide rail, which has the
characteristics of high speed, high reliability and low cost. Its
main structure is mainly composed of frame, driving wheel, follower
wheel, front and rear bumpers, conveyor, communication system,
location recognition system, electrical control system and each
cover plate. The components are basically domestic standard parts,
so the equipment maintenance cost is low. RGV has simple structure,
the length of running rail can be designed according to
requirements, stable operation and strong anti-interference
ability, so the failure rate is low. The characteristics of no
personnel operation and fast running speed can significantly reduce
the storage cost and effectively improve the production efficiency
of the warehouse. Intelligent rail transfer trolley is widely used
in the automated logistics system. It can shuttle on the rail
easily. It is mostly used in warehouses and production workshops
with high-density storage.
There are various types of automatic rail transfer cart. According
to different functions, it can be divided into two types: assembly
system rail transfer trolley and transportation system rail
transfer trolley, which are mainly used for material
transportation, workshop assembly, etc. Intelligent rail transfer
trolley can be divided into sliding contact type and battery type.
In practical applications, the sliding contact power supply mode is
mostly selected. The sliding contact line power supply mode can
achieve seamless work efficiency for transfer vehicles, which is
suitable for workshops and warehouses with high labor intensity or
requiring 24-hour uninterrupted work.
