This type of transport vehicle operates on a specific track,
usually a track system set up inside large automotive mold
production workshops or automotive assembly workshops.
The track can ensure the accuracy and stability of vehicle travel,
and can accurately transport car molds to designated processing
equipment or assembly stations according to the preset route.
For example, in the transportation process of automotive stamping
molds, rail transport vehicles can transport the molds from the
mold storage area to the stamping production line, avoiding
potential route deviations and collisions that may occur during
ground transportation in the workshop.


The car body is generally made of high-strength steel to provide
sufficient strength and rigidity to carry the weight of the car
mold.
The design of the frame should consider the shape and size of the
mold. Some frames are flat and can easily accommodate molds of
various shapes;
Some car frames also have special brackets or slots for fixing
specific types of car molds, such as large car body stamping molds.
The welding process requirements for the frame are very high,
ensuring that the welding points can withstand enormous pressure
and tension, and prevent frame fracture during transportation.
Automotive molds must be securely fixed during transportation to
prevent movement and damage.
Fixed devices include fastening straps, fixtures, and positioning
pins.
The fastening strap is usually a high-strength nylon or steel
strip, which is tightened by a buckle or winch to firmly fix the
mold to the frame.
Fixtures are metal components designed according to the specific
shape of the mold, which can clamp the edges or protruding parts of
the mold.
The positioning pin can be inserted into the corresponding hole on
the mold and frame to ensure accurate positioning of the mold
during transportation and prevent any deviation.
